Body Balancing is for anyone who wants to achieve perfect alignment of their musculoskeletal system, fascial system, neurological system and clarity of mind. This technique devised by Paula McQuaid, P.T. is a full-body analysis and treatment to achieve harmony and symmetry throughout your system. This therapy combines techniques including CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Release and decompression of the spine.

What can I expect from a treatment?
Upon arrival, you will fill out a health history form. Your therapist will review your past and present medical history with you, with your specific needs noted. You will receive a postural analysis in standing, sitting, and on your back. You will remain fully clothed throughout the session. A personalized treatment will last 45 minutes. Comfortable loose fitting clothes should be worn.After your first session, a specific plan for treatment will be made for you. You may need more sessions depending on the extent or longevity of the issue.
What Can I Expect Afterwards?
You may be fatigued or your muscles may be sore after a session. *Please drink plenty of water after the session to flush any released toxins out of your newly aligned body.* Muscle soreness could last from 24-48 hours. A hot bath with Epsom Salt is highly recommended.
